Complete Utility Contractors is looking for a motivated, organized and hands-on Yard Coordinator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being around trucks and equipment, and wants to build a long-term career in the civil construction industry.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play an important role in keeping our yard organized and making sure our field crews have what they need to get the job done.
- Coordinate tools, equipment and materials going to and from job sites
- Operate a forklift to load, unload and move materials and equipment
- Load and unload company trucks and deliveries
- Receive incoming materials and verify deliveries
- Prepare tools, materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Track tools and equipment moving between the yard and job sites
- Keep the yard clean, organized and running efficiently
- Assist with basic equipment and vehicle checks
- Complete pickups and deliveries as required
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations moving
What You Need
- Valid forklift certification/ticket
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Valid BC driver's license
- Comfortable driving company vehicles throughout the lower mainland, completing pickups and deliveries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to safely lift and move construction materials and equipment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in civil construction, construction yards, equipment, warehousing, automotive or a similar environment is an asset.

We're less concerned about having years of experience and more interested in finding someone who is reliable, switched on and takes pride in keeping things organized.
You should be someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and likes being part of a busy operation where no two days are exactly the same.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
