Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with refrigeration and hydronic systems.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of interpreting schematics and performing complex maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling units to prevent breakdowns
- Conduct plumbing and brazing tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Repair Rooftop HVAC, VRV, VRF, Minisplit Systems, Heatpumps and various other hydronic systems.
- Read and interpret technical schematics to accurately execute installation and repair procedures
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in refrigrigration and hydronic systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for system installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with maintenance procedures for various mechanical systems
- Ability to diagnose issues efficiently using technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and HVAC manufacturer technical support
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Valid G2 Gas Technician Licence
- Valid Refrigeration Licence 313A/313D
- Clean driving record

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
