We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to assist diverse customer base
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell and upsell products to maximize revenue
- Cashiering experience with knowledge of basic math for accurate transactions
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
