Security Officer – Critical Infrastructure Protection
Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland.

Paladin & site specific LMS Training

PSSP Cat 2 Training (LB1 and WHY assignments)

Site-specific orientation
-
Exposure to SOPs / Security Operational Plans
Duties
-
Conduct proactive exterior patrols
-
Protect project assets and critical infrastructure
-
Monitor laydown and construction areas
-
Perform access control duties
-
Detect and report suspicious activity
-
Complete detailed notebook entries and incident reports
-
Maintain a professional and visible security presence
-
Respond to emergencies and security incidents
Requirements
-
Valid BC Security Worker License
-
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
-
Reliable personal transportation
-
Strong communication and report-writing skills
-
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications

AST Certification
-
OFA / IFA Certification
-
Mobile Patrol experience
-
Military, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure experience

Previous overnight security experience
