We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our team. In this role, you will support senior engineers in the analysis, design, and delivery of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with structural analysis and design (steel, concrete, foundations)
- Prepare calculations, reports, and material takeoffs
- Support drafting using AutoCAD
- Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend project meetings
- Participate in site visits and field inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Registered or eligible for EIT designation (e.g., APEGA)
- 0–3 years of experience (co-op/internship included)
- Familiarity with STAAD pro, or similar
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
