Equipment Operator
We’re looking for reliable individuals to join our construction crew as equipment operators. Experience is an asset, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
What you’ll do:
- Operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, excavators, loaders, and more
- Support site preparation and general construction tasks as part of the crew
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive crew dynamic
- Help the team achieve project goals efficiently and safely

- Previous equipment experience is an asset
Location & Hours:
- Our shop is located between Edmonton boundary and Nisku
- Preference given to candidates residing in Edmonton’s south west
- During peak season, employees are expected to work 50+ hours per week, including occasional weekends
- Work is primarily across Edmonton and area, with occasional out-of-town projects
