Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items with consistency and quality.
- Assist with lunch service as required.
- Ensure all dishes are plated with excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous breakfast cooking experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, including eggs, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, and other breakfast classics.
- Excellent food presentation and plating skills are essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
