Essence of Being, a busy medical centre in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a Registered Psychotherapist to provide high-quality mental health services to our diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting with a steady stream of clients.
Position Details:

- Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Arabic) – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couple, and group psychotherapy services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional standards.
- Collaborate with family doctors and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) – Mandatory.
- Experience in CBT, IPT, CPT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches.
- Experience working with refugees, newcomers, and diverse populations is an asset.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred.
