Summary
We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Engagement professional to work with schools around the world, helping communications, admissions, advancement, and leadership teams engage families, showcase their communities, and make the most of their content. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in digital marketing, communications, journalism, admissions, advancement, public relations, or community engagement who enjoys combining storytelling, technology, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Advise schools on digital storytelling, content strategy, and family engagement.
- Help customers adopt best practices for collecting, organizing, and sharing content.
- Deliver onboarding, training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Build trusted relationships with communications, admissions, advancement, and leadership teams.
- Share ideas and strategies that help schools strengthen engagement and community connection.
- Identify customer success stories and contribute to educational resources and content.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with
- Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX teams.
