What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Yardi and other tools
- Collaborate with teams to develop solutions using PowerApps and automation platforms
- Support AI writing initiatives, particularly with Agentic AI, to enhance business workflows
- Gather and document requirements for analytics projects and system enhancements
- Assist in implementing new technology solutions to streamline operational activities
- Provide insights and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data and systems analysis
- Hands-on Yardi experience and knowledge of property management or related software
- Ability to develop solutions using PowerApps or similar platforms
- Experience writing AI-driven content or automation scripts, especially with Agentic AI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in analyzing processes and delivering actionable insights
- Knowledge of business analytics and digital transformation projects is a strong asset
- Relevant certifications or industry experience in analytics or automation is a plus
Compensation
The estimated base pay rate for this position is CAD $80,000 to CAD $100,000 per year as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects the base pay rate only and does not include any applicable bonuses or benefits.
