How do we ensure Quality and Efficient Artisanship? Show up to work on time. Do a great job according to our plans and ensure that we will not have to return to fix a mistake. Do the work on schedule or ahead of schedule. Do the work in the safest way possible, seek out the hazards of the job, record them in a ‘Pro-Active Hazard ID card’ and mitigate the hazard before working with it.
Evaluate: Punctuality, warranty claims, call backs for issues, finishing on time/schedule, mobilization and demobilization times, repair costs.

How do we ensure Constant and Transparent Communication? Listen to the customer. Seek clarity with the customer and employees. Provide all necessary information to our employees to ensure the job will get done according to the customers satisfaction. Seek clarification if needed. Do not make assumptions. Submit pictures. Ask Questions. Admit when you make a mistake so that we can all learn from it and move forward stronger. Be forthcoming, disclose when you make a mistake or have a misstep; This is how we can build trust.

Pay: $15.00-$24.00 per hour

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
