Liberty Kitchen is getting ready to open its doors in Courtenay, and we're looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our opening team.
We're seeking energetic, hospitality-driven professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As part of our Front of House team, you'll play a key role in building the culture, standards, and reputation of Courtenay's newest dining destination.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of serving and/or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality standards
- Experience using POS systems; Squirrel POS experience is considered an asset
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Knowledge of food safety, responsible alcohol service, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
