Beautiful Saviour Lutheran School (BSLS) is seeking a passionate, creative, and dynamic educator to join our growing high school team. As we continue our exciting expansion into Grades 9–12, we are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic about engaging students through innovative instruction, strong relationships, and a Christ-centered educational environment.
This teaching assignment includes a unique and rewarding blend of:
- Grades 9–11 Business Courses
- Drama / Performing Arts
- Grade 9 English Language Arts
- Grade 9 Mathematics

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction in assigned subject areas
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and classroom learning experiences aligned with Manitoba curriculum outcomes
- Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Encourage student participation in business, drama, leadership, and school life opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success
- Integrate Christian values and faith perspectives into school culture and learning
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for certification)
- Strong background or interest in business education, English, mathematics, and/or drama
- Experience teaching middle years or high school students considered an asset
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for Christian education and relationship-centered learning
- Willingness to contribute positively to school community life
