We’re looking for a hands-on social media creator with a strong visual eye and a genuine passion for beauty, self-care and social media.
You’ll work closely with our team to turn creative direction into polished social content, build the content calendar and keep it moving.
This is a hybrid role with approximately one day per week in our Kelowna office for collaboration, filming and content creation.

What You’ll Do
- Create and own the social content calendar
- Capture, create, edit and publish brand-led social content
- Turn creative concepts into finished work
- Collaborate on launches, campaigns and content shoots
- Stay current with platform changes, culture and emerging formats
- Build community engagement as you become fluent in the Barefoot Venus voice
- Support creator and influencer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of social media or content creation experience
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills
- Confident shooting and editing photo and video
- Experience with lifestyle, wellness, beauty or CPG brands
- Comfortable using AI and creative tools to strengthen workflow
- Collaborative, reliable and strong at follow-through
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
