Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter / Spray Technician to join our team. This role involves applying high-quality paint finishes to cabinetry components using spray equipment, ensuring a smooth and professional appearance.
Requirements
- Experience in cabinet painting, wood finishing, or spray painting
- Ability to mask and prep kitchens properly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry cabinet doors
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Key Responsibilities
- Sanding and surface preparation of cabinet doors and frames
- Masking kitchens (floors, counters, appliances, walls)
- Spraying doors using HVLP or similar systems
- Applying 2K coatings and achieving smooth, professional finishes
- Minor repairs, filling, and touch-ups
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with loading/unloading doors for transport
- Following safety procedures and product guidelines
Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
