Working as an administrative agent at the City of Laval means having the opportunity:

The challenges that await you
You will perform various secretarial and administrative tasks related to municipal activities. You may be called upon to:
- Perform data entry;
- Draft various documents (emails, letters, etc.);
- Organize or archive files;
- Serve as a receptionist;
- Perform administrative tasks in accounting or payroll.
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a diploma in professional studies in secretarial work;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in office work;
- Ability to communicate in French both orally and in writing;
- Proficient in Word and Excel software.
