The Retail Coordinator will report directly to the Directors and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various functions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Account team in executing first class retail activations for various clients.
- Supporting Account team with all admin requirements including but not limited to client invoicing, inquiries, payment requests and payroll.
- Working closely with our technology (app), review data, identify trends and compile for reporting.
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, on-boarding, tracking contracts and support with on-going management of in-field teams.
- Scheduling brand ambassador shifts, preparing training materials.
- Providing support with ideation and program development.
- Any other duties that could be assigned to you to support the Company.
- Days of work Thursday to Monday, weekly
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing or agency and/or retail/customer service experience.
- Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A respect for process, strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills – able to quickly identify key issues.
- Teamwork – works cooperatively and effectively with others to reach a common goal.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Access to a vehicle with a G2 or G class license is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.

Pay: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
