Summary: The Offline Die Cutter Operator operates the DLI-700 machine in order to die cut laminated films or label stock as required by customer order specifications.
Primary Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Monitor the rewind machine during continuous production
- Maintain product quality that meets the company’s and customer’s standards
- Set up the machine in a timely fashion
- Follow the production schedule for jobs, completes production based on shift averages anddocuments production results
- Keep work area clean and organized and ensures spare parts, tools, test equipment and documents are properly stored and maintained
- Input all information required for job tracking
- Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations
Required Skills and Abilities of the Machine Operator:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Organization skills
- Leadership skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of how to properly maintain equipment
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with detailed objects
Hours: Graveyard shift, Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 6:30am
