- Pay depending on experience.
- Safely operate excavators of various sizes on civil construction projects.
- Perform excavation for utilities including water, sewer, storm, electrical, and telecommunications.
- Excavate and prepare foundations, footings, and building pads.
- Load trucks and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with other construction duties
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating excavators in civil construction.
- Valid driver's licence (Class 5 minimum).
- Strong understanding of underground utility installation and excavation practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings, grade stakes, and site plans.
- Knowledge of trench safety and excavation regulations.
- Experience working around live utilities.
- Overtime and some Saturday work required
