The Bridgestone, Firestone, Dayton, and associated brands and their products are distributed and sold through BSCA, its network of independent dealers. These products are designed for passenger cars, light and medium-duty trucks, forestry products, and agricultural vehicles. They include small, medium, and large off-the-road tires, as well as retreads. In addition, in Quebec, BSCA operates a tire manufacturing plant located in Joliette. Information Technology
Our company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, and technically proficient self-starter who can lead integration initiatives from discovery through successful production rollout.
This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for integration projects, working closely with clients, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementations. Integrations include both TireConnect integrating with third-party platforms and external systems integrating with the TireConnect platform.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of APIs and cloud-based integrations with excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Own integration projects from initial discovery through successful production rollout from a technical perspective.
- Analyze partner requirements and recommend the most appropriate integration approach based on business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and support teams, as well as external technology partners.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Coordinate and lead technical meetings, track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review API documentation and assist partners with technical onboarding and implementation planning.
- Validate integration requirements, data mappings, business rules, and end-to-end workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing API requests, responses, logs, and system behavior, coordinating resolutions with internal and external teams.
- Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, testing procedures, and integration specifications.
- Plan and execute integration updates, enhancements, API version upgrades, and customer migration activities.
- Monitor integration health and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Continuously improve integration processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Assist with prioritization, planning, and resource coordination for ongoing integration initiatives.
- Work closely with development leadership to ensure integrations align with product strategy and technical architecture

Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team.

3–5 years of experience leading and managing software integrations, technical implementations, or enterprise SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS applications, software integration architectures, and modern integration patterns, including REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and webhooks.
- Experience with API authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and JWT.
- Hands-on experience using API testing and debugging tools such as Postman or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams, customers, and technology partners.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving software developers, QA, technical support, product management, and external technology partners.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, including meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, testing plans, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar project management systems.
