- Communicate with inspectors, consultants, and client reps to resolve site-level concerns
- Interpret blueprints and grade sheets to guide construction decisions
- Order required materials, equipment, and labor through internal dispatch
- Track daily progress against project milestones and proactively manage issues
- Support extended shifts or urgent site needs as required
Who You Are
You’re a proactive leader with a strong foundation in civil infrastructure. You communicate well, lead by example, and take pride in maintaining an efficient, respectful, and safe jobsite. You thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented culture and are ready to play a hands-on role in building community-shaping projects.
