We are expanding our osteopathic department and expect to hire 2 new manual practitioners to meet our exceptionally high patient demand. This unique opening features a structured transition plan: you will step into an immediate, active schedule when one of our practitioners relocates out of province at the end of September.

Qualifications & Association Requirements
To protect our patient standards, maintain direct billing integrity, and ensure universal extended health insurance coverage eligibility, we only employ registrants of the OAO and OSTCAN. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered at Anatomica:
Education:
- Hold an accredited 4-year degree in Osteopathy OR
- An active Registered Health Profession license in Ontario (e.g., RMT, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Registered Acupuncturist) paired with an osteopathy diploma.
Association Membership:
- Maintain active membership in good standing with OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada) OR
- Maintain active membership in good standing with the OAO (Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners)
Core Responsibilities & Clinical Duties
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at Anatomica, you will be responsible for upholding high clinical and operational standards:
- Competently assess and treat a diverse patient population within the manual osteopathic scope of practice.
- Maintain strict professional boundaries, ethical standards, and explicit respect for your clinical scope at all times.
- Document all patient assessments, treatment notes, and progress markers accurately in the patient's digital chart within 24 hours of care.
- Proactively refer patients to internal or external healthcare practitioners when a patient’s concern falls outside your scope, or when the patient would clearly benefit from complementary, multidisciplinary care.
- Respond professionally, empathetically, and appropriately to patient concerns, technical questions, and clinical feedback.
- Uphold and maintain Anatomica’s premium professional environment, clinical policies, and community-minded guidelines.

Osteopathic Clinical Focus & Specialities at Anatomica
While general orthopedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation accounts for a significant portion of our caseload, we are specifically looking for osteopathic practitioners with these areas of interest and expertise:
Prenatal and Pediatric
You will lead neonatal and children's care by treating infants, newborns, and pediatric clients to address early developmental structural patterns, sleep and feeding concerns, and musculoskeletal health. You will also collaborate closely on prenatal care with our Webster Technique certified chiropractor and prental-trained RMTs and Acupuncturist to provide seamless, coordinated, and continuous structural care for prenatal and postpartum clients.
Craniosacral, Head & Jaw Care
You will treat complex neck pain, jaw dysfunction, cranial, and specialized cases utilizing craniosacral therapy and osteopathic techniques, working alongside our external and intra-oral TMJ therapists. Your caseload will focus on conditions where craniosacral therapy excels, including the management of persistent post-concussion symptoms, complex neurological presentations, structural restrictions following facial or dental trauma, and chronic dysregulation of the nervous system.
Visceral, Digestive, & Systemic Care
You will address complex visceral restrictions and digestive concerns, utilizing gentle abdominal manual therapy to support patients experiencing gastrointestinal motility issues, structural adhesions, or pelvic floor congestion. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to co-manage systemic cases, integrate nutritional or metabolic insights with structural manual care, and provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to long-term gut health.

We handle the business logistics so you can focus entirely on your patients. Our clinic provides an advanced digital infrastructure featuring full online charting, scheduling, and transparent, detailed sales records tracked directly through our CMS (Jane App). You will benefit from hassle-free twice-monthly payroll distribution with no invoicing required from you. Full administrative support and office management is included, covering front-desk reception, comprehensive direct billing, client outreach and communications, and active marketing support.

- Education: Hold an accredited 4-year degree in Osteopathy OR hold an active Ontario Registered Health Profession license (e.g., RMT, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Registered Acupuncturist) paired with an osteopathy diploma.
- Association Membership: Hold active, valid membership in good standing with either OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada) or the OAO (Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners).
- Important Registry Note: To ensure all patient claims are fully accepted by extended healthcare providers, applications submitted by registrants of other associations including the ACMA, OOAMA, or CRMO will not be considered, even if education requirement is met.
Asset Qualifications (Highly Preferred)
- Advanced training or clinical experience in Pelvic Health, Prenatal, and/or Pediatrics
- Dedicated gender-inclusive training or experience providing safe, celebratory, and structurally sound care for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse bodies.

- Gender-Inclusive Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist / Pelvic Health PT: Focus on prenatal/postpartum recovery, bladder urgency, pelvic pain, post-surgical rehab).
- Physiotherapist: Manual therapy and exercise for orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT): Therapeutic, functional soft-tissue, myofascial therapy and sports massage; manual lymphatic drainage, or TMJ therapy an asset
- Naturopathic Doctor (ND): Focus on complex chronic conditions, mental health and mood disorders, hormonal transitions, reproductive care, and healthy aging as asset.
