NTT DATA's Client is seeking an AI Architect to join their team in Canada (REMOTE), You will design and build agentic AI systems for multiple Domains such as Healthcare/ Finance/ Retail etc.
You will combine GenAI, ML, and systems engineering to create AI agents that interact with machines, data streams, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for different domains such as :
- healthcare use cases (clinical assistants, triage agents, care pathway optimization, RCM automation)
- Design agentic AI architectures for manufacturing workflows
- Build multi-agent financial AI systems (analysis agents, compliance agents, advisory agents)
- Implement RAG over financial documents, policies, contracts, and filings
- Build LLM-powered systems (RAG, tool-calling agents, multi-agent orchestration)
- Develop classical ML models (risk scoring, prediction, clustering, anomaly detection)
- Implement HIPAA aware AI architectures with auditability and traceability
- Implement GenAI systems using RAG over CRM, customer data, and content
- Build full-stack applications (Python APIs, AI services, UI dashboards)
- Integrate with EHRs, data lakes, and healthcare systems (FHIR/HL7 exposure preferred)
- Integrate LLMs with sensor data, MES, ERP, and IoT platforms
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate medical workflows into agent logic
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI systems in Azure
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ Years of Strong experience in Python-based AI systems
- 8+ Years of Hands-on experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
- 8+ Years of Experience with traditional ML (classification, regression, NLP, time-series)
- 5+ Years of Full-stack experience (API design + UI integration)
- 5+ Years of Azure cloud experience (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS)
- 5+ Years of Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy domains
- Comfortable working with subject-matter experts
- Strong learning mindset and adaptability
- Experience building production AI systems, not just prototypes
- Ability to explain AI decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in agentic AI and next-generation AI architectures
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
- Multiple Domain exposure
- AWS, GCP, or NVIDIA AI stack experience
- Knowledge of model governance and explainability
- Experience with document intelligence pipelines

En tant qu'Architecte IA, vous concevrez et de velopperez des syste mes d'IA agentiques pour de multiples secteurs tels que la sante , la finance, la vente au de tail, etc. Vous associerez l'IA ge ne rative (GenAI), le Machine Learning (ML) et l'inge nierie des syste mes pour cre er des agents IA capables d'interagir avec les machines, les flux de donne es et les syste mes d'entreprise.
Responsabilite s Cle s
Concevoir et imple menter des flux de travail IA Cliente s sur des agents pour diffe rents domaines :
Cas d'usage en sante (assistants cliniques, agents de triage, optimisation des parcours de soins, automatisation de la gestion du cycle de revenus [RCM])
Architectures d'IA agentique pour les flux de travail industriels (secteur manufacturier)
Syste mes d'IA financie re multi-agents (agents d'analyse, de conformite , de conseil)
Imple menter le RAG (ge ne ration augmente e par re cupe ration) sur des documents financiers, politiques, contrats et rapports professionnels.
De velopper des syste mes propulse s par des LLM (RAG, agents d'appel d'outils, orchestration multi-agents).
Cre er des mode les ML classiques (e valuation des risques, pre diction, classification, de tection d'anomalies).
Mettre en œuvre des architectures IA conformes aux normes HIPAA, avec auditabilite et trac abilite .
De ployer des syste mes de GenAI utilisant le RAG sur les CRM, les donne es clients et les contenus.
Concevoir des applications full-stack (API Python, services d'IA, tableaux de bord UI).
Inte grer les solutions avec les DPI (Dossiers Patients Informatise s), les lacs de donne es et les syste mes de sante (une expe rience avec FHIR/HL7 est un plus).
Connecter les LLM aux donne es de capteurs, MES, ERP et plateformes IoT.
Collaborer avec les experts me tiers (SMEs) pour traduire les flux me dicaux en logique d'agents.
De ployer, superviser et optimiser les syste mes d'IA dans Azure.
Qualifications Requises
Plus de 8 ans d'expe rience solide dans les syste mes d'IA Cliente s sur Python.
Plus de 8 ans d'expe rience pratique avec la GenAI (LLM, RAG, plongements lexicaux [embeddings], inge nierie de reque tes [prompt engineering]).
Plus de 8 ans d'expe rience avec le ML traditionnel (classification, re gression, NLP, se ries temporelles).
Plus de 5 ans d'expe rience en de veloppement full-stack (conception d'API + inte gration UI).
Plus de 5 ans d'expe rience sur le cloud Azure (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS).
Plus de 5 ans d'expe rience dans des secteurs re glemente s ou a forte conformite .
Aisance pour travailler avec des experts me tiers.
Esprit d'apprentissage affu te et forte adaptabilite .
Expe rience dans la production de syste mes d'IA re els (Client seulement des prototypes).
Capacite a expliquer les de cisions de l'IA a des parties prenantes non techniques.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $80 to $90 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
