Job description :

Oversee daily motel operations on the property (housekeeping, and maintenance.).
Hire, train, schedule and supervise maintenance employees.
Ensure compliance with Health, safety and company policies.
Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the property and associated vehicles.
Coordinate with support services/trades.
Resolve issues promptly on the property.
Maintain inventory ( vehicles, tools and supplies) and order supplies as needed.
Supervise rooms maintenance daily.
Coordinate support of on site electronic equipment.
Coordinate snow removal operation.
Must be able to coordinate maintenance and operate all equipment ( tractors, trucks, loaders).
Assist other departments as needed.
Qualification:
Previous experience in hotel, motel, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience managing expenses and staff.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Proficiency with video and computer systems
Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an asset.
