Administrative Assistant

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
About the Position
Clear Rush Co. is looking for a dependable, organized and positive Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Sundre office.
This is a hands-on administrative position that plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of our business. The successful candidate will provide support across accounting, reception, general office administration, document management, inventory and company operations.

As you become familiar with our company and operations, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete accurate data entry and upload documents into Inflow
- Perform daily Simply Accounting postings, bookkeeping and reviews
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Provide general office and clerical support
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and inventory records
- Retrieve and organize documents and company records as required
- Respond to requests for information and data
- Assist in resolving routine administrative inquiries and issues
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Prepare and modify correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, including the photocopier
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections and service requests
- Assist with Quality Control and Health & Safety documentation, tracking and scheduling
- Take on additional administrative and operational responsibilities as knowledge of the company and position develops

- OneDrive and SharePoint
- General bookkeeping and office administration
Hours & Compensation
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
$25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time, in-office position based at Clear Rush Co. in Sundre, Alberta.
