Senior Account Manager – Technology
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

In this role, some of the solutions you would be selling: Multifunction printer/copiers, office software, mailing systems, and wide-format printers.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will champion Office Interiors' vision to "Inspire People to Love the Way They Work" and our mission "to Help Customers Create Productive Work Environments." In this strategic sales role, you will partner with clients to understand their evolving workplace needs and deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and business performance.

This position has a strong focus on new business development, strategic account growth, and executive relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities while expanding and strengthening existing client relationships. As a trusted advisor, you will help organizations create technology-enabled work environments that support employee engagement, productivity, and long-term success.
You will develop and execute territory and account strategies, lead complex sales opportunities, and coordinate all aspects of the sales process to achieve revenue objectives and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
About You:
You are a proven sales professional with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic prospecting, account management, and relationship building.
You possess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive decision-makers.
You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities, opportunities, and customer relationships in a dynamic environment.
You are detail-oriented and demonstrate strong project management and time management skills.
You are strategic in your approach to territory planning, account development, and customer engagement, consistently following and championing the Love the Way You Work Process.
You are technologically proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and can quickly adapt to new technologies and digital tools.
You are passionate about contributing to your community and building strong professional networks that support business development and customer success.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience, preferably within technology, workplace solutions, or related industries.
Demonstrated success managing large, strategic, or complex customer accounts.
Experience developing and executing territory growth plans and sales strategies.
Required: a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
