About the Role
As a Licensed Security Guard, you'll help ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians while maintaining a professional security presence on site.
This is a public-facing role where professionalism, communication, and customer service are essential.
You'll spend your shift directing traffic, assisting members of the public, working alongside a supportive team, and helping create a safe environment for everyone on site.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence.
- Monitor site activity and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity.
- Assist with traffic flow and daily site operations.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with staff, contractors, visitors, and members of the public.
- Follow all site safety and security procedures.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (Required)
- Valid CPR Certification (Required)
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous security or traffic control experience is considered an asset
