Résumé du poste : Le spécialiste de comptes est responsable du maintien d’un haut niveau de satisfaction client et de la fidélisation à long terme des clients d’Axalta au sein d’un marché donné. En tant que membre de l’équipe des ventes régionales, le spécialiste de comptes collaborera avec les clients du secteur des revêtements afin de favoriser leur succès à long terme en veillant à ce que tous les éléments de l’entente commerciale soient respectés. Il s’agit d’un poste à distance, basé à domicile.
Le spécialiste de comptes travaille avec un grand sens de l’urgence et fait preuve d’initiative, d’engagement et de responsabilité envers les objectifs régionaux et ceux d’Axalta.
Lieu de travail : Il s'agit d'un rôle basé à distance au Québec, couvrant la grande région de Montréal, et nécessitera jusqu'à 75% de déplacements, afin de permettre des visites sur les sites des clients. Ce poste n’est pas admissible à une relocalisation.
Rémunération prévue : Nous tenons compte des qualifications, des compétences et de l’expérience de chaque personne afin de déterminer le salaire final. Ce poste donne droit à des avantages sociaux tels que l’assurance maladie et les congés payés. La fourchette salariale prévue pour ce poste est de 70 000 à 80 000 $ CAD par année. L’offre réelle sera déterminée à la seule discrétion de l’entreprise, selon des considérations d’affaires pertinentes, y compris les qualifications du candidat retenu, ses années d’expérience, ses compétences et sa situation géographique.
Responsabilités principales :
Agir comme principal point de contact pour les clients désignés et établir des relations solides et collaboratives.
Comprendre les éléments clés de l’entente commerciale avec chaque client.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de comptes répondant aux besoins des clients en matière de produits, de couleurs et de services.
Comprendre et communiquer avec précision les valeurs et les avantages des produits, couleurs et services d’Axalta.
Comprendre et mobiliser les ressources appropriées pour répondre aux besoins uniques de chaque client.
Maintenir une approche de communication organisée avec un calendrier régulier d’appels clients et documenter clairement les interactions dans SalesForce (SFDC).
Assurer le suivi des problèmes en temps opportun et identifier ainsi que recommander des améliorations de processus afin d’éliminer les obstacles rencontrés par le client.
Prioriser efficacement les tâches et contribuer aux résultats attendus de l’équipe régionale en matière de revenus, de rentabilité, de fidélisation de la clientèle et de gestion des distributeurs, avec un grand sens de l’urgence.
Fournir du soutien concernant les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) et veiller à ce que le client soit informé des formations et du soutien offerts par les cours de formation Axalta et les groupes locaux de performance.
Diriger les efforts de conversion de peinture et solliciter les ressources de distribution afin de soutenir le client.
Maintenir des informations et des données de contact exactes dans SalesForce (SFDC).
Utiliser les ressources technologiques appropriées (SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Office, etc.) afin d’améliorer la productivité individuelle et la communication avec les collègues et les clients.
Exigences du poste : Le candidat idéal est un professionnel expérimenté de la vente possédant une expérience dans le domaine de la finition automobile ainsi qu’un solide historique de soutien à la clientèle.
Diplôme universitaire et/ou au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de la finition automobile.
Excellentes compétences en communication en français, l’anglais constitue un atout.
Excellente connaissance de l’environnement des affaires lié à la réparation de collision, au transport commercial et au secteur industriel, ainsi que des principes fondamentaux de la distribution.
Connaissance pratique des principales gammes de produits d’Axalta et des bases de gestion d’un atelier de réparation.
Capacité à identifier les besoins des clients et à réagir rapidement afin de résoudre efficacement les problèmes grâce à une approche collaborative.
Discipline personnelle et capacité à travailler efficacement dans des conditions autonomes et peu structurées.
Présentation professionnelle à tous les niveaux de l’organisation et considération de l’impact des actions sur les clients.
Esprit d’équipe marqué et recherche active d’occasions de soutenir les activités du territoire et de répondre aux besoins des clients.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
Bonnes compétences informatiques, avec maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Summary: The Account Specialist, Automotive Collision is responsible for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention of Axalta’s customers within a market. As a member of the Regional Sales team, the Account Specialist will partner with our coatings customers to foster their long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the business agreement are delivered. This is a remote, home office-based role.
The Account Specialist works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals.
Work Location: This fully remote role requires a local presence in Greater Montreal, Canada to allow for onsite visits to customer sites and is not eligible for relocation.
Expected Compensation:
We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 CAD plus 30% sales incentive compensation annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as primary point of contact for identified customers and builds strong, collaborative relationships.
Understands key elements of the business agreement with each customer.
Develops and executes account plans capturing the product, color and services needs of the customer.
Understands and accurately communicates the values and benefits of Axalta product, color, and services.
Understands and engages the appropriate resources to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Maintains an organized communication approach with a regular customer call schedule and clearly documents customer interactions in SalesForce (SFDC).
Follows-up on issues in a timely manner and identifies and advises on process improvements to alleviate roadblocks facing the customer.
Effectively prioritizes tasks and contributes to regional team’s expected results for revenue, profitability, customer retention, and distributor management with a high sense of urgency.
Provides support on standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and ensures customer is aware of education and support available through Axalta Training Classes and Local Performance Groups.
Leads paint conversion efforts and solicits distribution resources to support the customer.
Maintains accurate account information and contact data in SalesForce (SFDC).
Utilizes appropriate technological resources (SharePoint, Salesforce, MSOffice, etc.) to further individual productivity and enhance communication with co-workers and customers.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate would be an experienced sales professional with Automotive Refinish background and a strong track of successful customer support.
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3-5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
Strong knowledge of the collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environment as well as distribution fundamentals.
French fluency required. Bilingual in English preferred.
Working knowledge Axalta’s core product lines and repair shop business fundamentals.
Ability to identify customer needs and responds quickly to effectively resolve problems using a collaborative approach.
Self-disciplined and able to perform effectively in unstructured and autonomous conditions.
Presents oneself in professional manner throughout all levels of the organization and considers how actions will affect customers.
Strong team player and actively seeks opportunities to support territory activities and meet customer needs.
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
Competent computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
