Olive Tree Builds is hiring a Business Development Representative to help generate and qualify opportunities for our commercial construction business.
This is not a “sit around and wait for warm leads” role.
This is a create-pipeline, book-conversations, and keep-opportunities-moving role.

What Winning Looks Like In The First 90 Days
If you're the right person, within your first 90 days you will:
- build consistent outbound and follow-up activity
- keep the CRM cleaner and more up to date
- generate qualified meetings and real pipeline conversations
- improve lead handling speed and consistency
- learn the offer, customer, and sales process quickly
- become a reliable source of top-of-funnel momentum
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will:
- prospect potential commercial clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, walk-ins, and approved outreach channels
- qualify leads based on fit, timing, project type, and seriousness
- book meetings or move qualified opportunities into the next stage
- track all activity accurately in our CRM
- complete follow-ups consistently and on time
- help maintain an active, healthy pipeline
- communicate professionally with prospects and the internal team
- surface common objections, market feedback, and recurring patterns
- follow company standards, scripts, templates, and sales processes
- help ensure no real opportunity dies because of neglect

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or BDR work
- comfortable with phone, email, and written outreach
- strong communication skills
- strong organization and follow-up discipline
- ability to track activity accurately in a CRM
- experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
- ability to stay consistent under routine and performance expectations
Bonus Experience
Not required, but helpful:
- experience selling construction, B2B services, or commercial solutions
- experience with LinkedIn prospecting
- experience handling both inbound and outbound follow-up
- familiarity with commercial real estate, franchising, or renovations
