Position Summary:

The Technical Analyst will support the migration of existing manual online PDF forms to DocuSign PowerForms workflows, ensuring standardized, efficient, and maintainable digital forms across all supported provinces. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to configure, test, and implement approximately 51 or more PowerForm workflows while documenting the end to end process to enable future business self-sufficiency. The Technical Analyst will also develop supporting technical documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer materials for the Digital Services Technical Operations Centre (TOC) to support ongoing business use of the DocuSign platform for extended use in other business areas. The engagement will be performed remotely unless otherwise agreed upon by the business.

Responsibilities:

Migrate 51 or more existing manual PDF forms into DocuSign PowerForms workflows, ensuring alignment with province specific business and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine functional requirements for each PowerForm.
Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement DocuSign PowerForms, supporting user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
Develop and document standardized processes for creating, maintaining, and updating DocuSign PowerForms to enable ongoing business self-service, uptime monitoring and support response.
Create technical documentation, user guides, operational procedures, and runbooks to support long term sustainability.
Develop knowledge transfer materials and provide operational documentation for the Digital Services Technical Operations Centre (TOC) and Commercial Solutions team.
Deliver training sessions and supporting materials to business users and administrators to build confidence and capability in managing DocuSign PowerForms.
Provide change management support by assisting with communications, stakeholder engagement, adoption activities, and transition planning throughout the implementation.
Provide regular status updates, maintain project documentation, and support post implementation stabilization to ensure a successful transition to business operations.
Configure and maintain a dedicated non production DocuSign testing environment to design, validate, and test PowerForms and workflow changes prior to promotion to production, ensuring quality, reliability, and minimal disruption to business operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience eliciting requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting solution delivery.
Experience configuring, testing, and promoting application and workflow changes across development, test, and production environments.
Demonstrated ability to document technical procedures, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
Experience coordinating deployments, validating system functionality, and supporting production implementations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.
Experience delivering end user training, knowledge transfer, and supporting user adoption of new technology solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
Experience working within Agile and iterative project delivery environments.
Self motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience documenting ITSM processes, operational runbooks, or service management frameworks
Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, with experience implementing technology solutions and supporting business stakeholders. Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, workflow automation, solution testing, technical documentation, and deployment across development, test, and production environments.
Experience developing and delivering end user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new technology solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid environment.

Applicants must be currently eligible to work in Canada and reside within Alberta for the engagement.
