We are looking for a highly motivated, road-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused sales professional who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, developing relationships, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits, with a target of 20–30 client visits per month.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Focus on lead generation, business development, marketing of services and projects, customer engagement, sales development, and order booking.
- Identify and develop project opportunities with end users, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and other industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and work collaboratively with them to pursue and close project opportunities.
- Meet regularly with engineering consultants and develop relationships that can lead to project specifications and future opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a territory business plan and provide regular sales activity, opportunity, and market feedback to management.
- Prepare and deliver professional company, technical, and product presentations to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and marketing information.
- Provide timely and effective reporting to management.
- Assist in developing business strategies and action plans to increase overall sales and market share.
- Use sound judgment and initiative to establish priorities, solve problems, meet schedules, adapt to changing requirements, and achieve sales objectives efficiently.
- Clearly present proposed solutions to customers from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Maintain a professional attitude with a strong client-first approach.
- Travel regularly throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
- Understand and comply with company policies and health and safety requirements.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, email, CRM/business software, and other relevant computer applications.
- Submit expense reports and required documentation on time and in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will be a self-driven hunter who enjoys being on the road, opening doors, developing new relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into business. The individual must be target-oriented, persistent, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and persuasive skills are essential.
Education:
Certificate, Diploma, Engineering Technology/Technician qualification, Engineering degree/license, or a related technical qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales, business development, technical sales, or industry experience.
