Key Responsibilities
- Travel to and service short-term rental properties across Huntsville, Lake of Bays, and surrounding areas
- Complete full turnover cleans to luxury hospitality standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor readiness where required
- Follow detailed property-specific checklists inside our operations apps with zero shortcuts
- Upload clear photo reports after every clean and turnover completion
- Ensure beds are perfectly made, towels are staged properly, pillows are fluffed, decor is aligned, and the property feels guest-ready at a luxury level
- Restock consumables including toiletries, paper products, coffee supplies, amenities, and linens
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply shortages proactively
- Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, missing items, or anything out of standard immediately
- Complete inspections and quality control walkthroughs before guest arrivals
- Assist with urgent same-day turnovers, emergency cleans, or guest issue resolutions when needed
- Maintain cleaning tools, supplies, and organized inventory within your vehicle and assigned properties. All cleaning supplies are provided.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with ability to use apps for checklists, communication, and photo uploads
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or STR turnovers preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete turnovers on schedule
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional short-notice turnovers
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move efficiently during turnovers
- Strong sense of urgency and professionalism
Compensation
- $25/hour

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
