Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a high-performing team dedicated to exceeding targets. Your leadership will inspire excellence in customer service, merchandising, and team management, ensuring our store remains competitive and customer-focused. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape sales strategies, enhance store performance, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue growth
Oversee retail sales activities, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales volume
Recruit, train, and develop team members in areas like customer service, product knowledge, marketing techniques, and sales skills
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette, organizational skills, and active listening

Experience

Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and close sales effectively
Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience in recruiting, training & development, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising tools, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
