As an Accounting Technician, you’ll play a key role in processing, analyzing, and tracking accounting transactions, with a primary focus on bank reconciliations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, while supporting day-to-day operations, periodic closings, and the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
You will be recognized for:-
Performing bank reconciliations and related reconciliation activities for assigned accounts, including analyzing open transactions, tracking discrepancies, and making necessary corrections;

Ensuring the daily and periodic processing of bank files, accounting entries, and reconciliation transactions in the accounting systems;

Preparing, validating, and analyzing various accounting reports related to banking activities, revenue, payments, intercompany transactions, and month-end follow-ups;

Collaborating with internal teams, including Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Show Accounting, to analyze and track discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of accounting data;

Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, as well as certain ad hoc follow-ups related to bank accounts, checks, new accounts, and continuous process improvement.
We’d like to meet you if you have:-
Relevant accounting experience, ideally in an environment with high transaction volumes and bank reconciliations;

An associate’s degree in accounting;

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel;

Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus;

A high degree of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and fluency in French and English.
