What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipper/Receiver plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials, parts, and finished goods. Responsibilities include:

Receiving & Verifying Shipments – Inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips. Complete required documentation.

Inventory & Material Handling – Properly label, organize, and track inventory in the yard and warehouse.

Shipping Coordination – Assist shippers to work with the clients and carriers.

Forklift & Equipment Operation – Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with production, materials handling, and project managers for seamless operations.

Safety Compliance – Follow all workplace safety protocols and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
-
2-3 years of shipping/receiving & inventory management experience
-
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
-
Experience with inventory systems, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
-
Forklift operation experience (valid driver’s license required)
-
Basic understanding of MTRs and industry documentation
-
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
-
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
