We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Toronto team. This is a full sales cycle, hybrid role located at 5200 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON with a strong emphasis on consultative selling. Our Marketing team generates leads across all channels, so this role is focused on conversion: turning warm, qualified leads into long-term customers.

What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned leads, from initial contact through close, with full accountability for your book of business
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound touchpoints, including calls, texts, and emails, to move prospects through the pipeline
- Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations that align our solutions with customer goals
- Develop and refine strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
- Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across every interaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM, Salesforce
- Develop deep expertise in internal systems and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, and Business Development to share customer feedback and improve the broader funnel

How your first 3 months will be structured:
- Week 1: Fully onsite for onboarding
- Week 2: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- After day 60: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
- Ongoing: This remains a hybrid role based at our Toronto HQ
What You'll Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, inside sales, or a related customer-facing, quota-carrying position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound communication tools
- Preferred: experience selling in a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness-related field
- Preferred: familiarity with health-conscious or medically motivated buyers, and the ability to speak knowledgeably about preventative health concepts
- Strong consultative selling and active listening skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Genuine interest in health and wellness, and motivation to work toward a mission-driven outcome
- Coachability and a fast learning curve, with the ability to retain and apply feedback quickly
- Collaborative mindset, with willingness to share insights across teams to improve the customer journey

- The total compensation for this role includes a base salary of $45,000 with a discretionary bonus of up to and over $45,000 OTE in local currency
