Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) serveur / serveuse dynamique, professionnel(le) et autonome, pour rejoindre l'équipe d'ouverture de notre nouveau restaurant. Vous serez le premier visage que nos clients verront et le dernier qu'ils salueront. Votre mission : offrir un service chaleureux, efficace et irréprochable, du début à la fin du repas.
EXIGENCES LINGUISTIQUES (IMPORTANT)
- Français (obligatoire) – pour accueillir la clientèle locale et prendre les commandes.
- Vietnamien (obligatoire) – pour communiquer avec une grande partie de notre clientèle et offrir un service personnalisé.
- Anglais (un atout) – serait un plus pour servir les clients anglophones.
EXIGENCES PROFESSIONNELLES
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en tant que serveur / serveuse dans un restaurant (essentiel).
- Compétences : Excellente mémoire, bon sens de l'organisation, capacité à travailler sous pression en période d'achalandage.
- Attitude : Courtois, souriant, ponctuel et ayant un bon esprit d'équipe.
PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
1. Accueil et service client
- Accueillir les clients dès leur arrivée avec sourire et professionnalisme, en français ou en vietnamien selon leur préférence.
- Les installer à leur table et leur présenter le menu.
- Prendre les commandes (entrées, plats, boissons, desserts) avec précision, dans la langue du client.
- Transmettre les commandes au chef cuisinier en salle de cuisine de manière claire et rapide.
- Apporter les plats aux clients au bon moment et s'assurer de leur satisfaction tout au long du repas.
2. Gestion de la salle et entretien
- Nettoyer et débarrasser les tables dès que les clients ont terminé leur repas.
- Désinfecter les surfaces, changer les nappes et réinstaller le couvert pour accueillir le prochain client.
- Vider les verres sales, laver et ranger les verres propres.
- Remplir les carafes d'eau et servir de l'eau fraîche à chaque table.
3. Service au téléphone et commandes à emporter
- Répondre au téléphone professionnellement lors des appels entrants, en français ou en vietnamien.
- Prendre les commandes téléphoniques avec soin (nom, coordonnées, détails de la commande).
- Transmettre ces commandes à la cuisine et préparer les emballages pour les clients à emporter.
4. Esprit d'équipe et polyvalence
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef et les autres serveurs pour assurer un service fluide.
- Participer au maintien de la propreté générale de la salle et des postes de travail.
- Aider à la fermeture (rangement, inventaire des fournitures, etc.)
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
- Horaire : 11h00 à 21h00 (heures d'ouverture). Disponibilité requise en semaine et en fin de semaine selon le roulement.
- Salaire de base : 14,30 $/h (conforme au salaire minimum).
- Pourboires : En plus du salaire, vous recevrez une part des pourboires collectés en salle.
- Repas : Un repas gratuit par jour de travail est inclus.
- Période de paie : Tous les 14 jours (2 fois par mois).

JOB SUMMARY

Your mission: to deliver warm, efficient, and flawless service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
- French (mandatory) – to welcome local customers and take orders.
- Vietnamese (mandatory) – to communicate with a large portion of our clientele and provide personalized service.
- English (an asset) – would be a plus to serve English-speaking customers.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a server in a restaurant (mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent memory, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure during busy hours.
- Attitude: Courteous, friendly, punctual, and a great team player.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Greeting & Service
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as soon as they arrive, in French or Vietnamese depending on their preference.
- Seat them at their table and present the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders (appetizers, mains, drinks, desserts) accurately, in the customer's preferred language.
- Relay orders clearly and promptly to the head chef in the kitchen.
- Deliver meals to guests at the right time and check in to ensure their satisfaction throughout the meal.
2. Dining Room & Cleaning Duties
- Clear and clean tables as soon as guests have finished their meals.
- Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, change tablecloths, and reset table settings to welcome the next guests.
- Clear dirty glassware, wash, and properly store clean glasses.
- Refill water pitchers and serve fresh water to every table.
3. Phone Orders & Takeout Service
- Answer the phone professionally and courteously for incoming calls, in French or Vietnamese.
- Take takeout orders carefully (name, contact info, order details).
- Pass these orders to the kitchen and prepare packaging for customers picking up their food.
4. Teamwork & Versatility
- Work closely with the chef and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Help maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist with closing duties (cleaning, restocking supplies, inventory checks, etc.).
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Schedule: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (operating hours). Availability required on weekdays and weekends based on rotation.
- Base Salary: $14.30/hour (meets minimum wage requirements).
- Tips: In addition to the base salary, you will receive a share of the tips collected in the dining room.
- Meal: One free meal per working day is included.
- Pay Period: Every 14 days (biweekly).

- Thái độ: Lịch sự, niềm nở, đúng giờ và có tinh thần đồng đội tốt.
NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
1. Chào đón và phục vụ khách hàng
- Chào đón khách hàng nồng nhiệt và chuyên nghiệp ngay khi họ đến, bằng tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Pháp tùy theo sở thích của khách.
- Mời khách ngồi vào bàn và đưa thực đơn.
- Ghi nhận đơn hàng (khai vị, món chính, đồ uống, tráng miệng) một cách chính xác, bằng ngôn ngữ mà khách hàng mong muốn.
- Chuyển đơn hàng cho đầu bếp trưởng trong bếp một cách rõ ràng và nhanh chóng.
- Mang món ăn đến cho khách đúng thời điểm và đảm bảo khách hài lòng trong suốt bữa ăn.
2. Quản lý phòng ăn và vệ sinh
- Dọn dẹp và lau chùi bàn ăn ngay khi khách đã dùng xong bữa.
- Khử trùng bề mặt, thay khăn trải bàn và sắp xếp lại bàn ăn để đón khách tiếp theo.
- Đổ bỏ ly bẩn, rửa và cất giữ ly sạch sẽ đúng nơi quy định.
- Đổ đầy bình nước và phục vụ nước mát cho mỗi bàn.
3. Nhận đơn hàng qua điện thoại và đơn hàng mang về
- Trả lời điện thoại một cách chuyên nghiệp và lịch sự khi có cuộc gọi đến, bằng tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Pháp.
- Ghi nhận đơn hàng mang về một cách cẩn thận (tên, thông tin liên lạc, chi tiết đơn hàng).
- Chuyển đơn hàng này cho bếp và chuẩn bị bao bì cho khách hàng đến nhận đồ mang về.
4. Tinh thần đồng đội và đa năng
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đầu bếp và các nhân viên phục vụ khác để đảm bảo quy trình phục vụ suôn sẻ.
- Tham gia giữ gìn vệ sinh chung của phòng ăn và khu vực làm việc.
- Hỗ trợ công việc đóng cửa (dọn dẹp, kiểm kho, sắp xếp đồ dùng, v.v.).
ĐIỀU KIỆN LÀM VIỆC
- Lịch làm việc: 11:00 sáng đến 9:00 tối (giờ hoạt động). Yêu cầu sẵn sàng làm việc cả ngày trong tuần và cuối tuần theo lịch luân phiên.
- Lương cơ bản: 14,30 $/giờ (đáp ứng mức lương tối thiểu).
