We're looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating Reformer Pilates Instructors who are committed to helping clients move well, feel strong, and leave each class feeling better than when they arrived.
What You'll Do
- Lead safe, engaging, and dynamic Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all experience levels.
- Provide hands-on corrections and verbal cueing to ensure proper form, alignment, and muscle engagement.
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate individual abilities and injuries.
- Create an inclusive, encouraging, and community-focused class environment.
- Build relationships with clients and help foster a positive studio culture.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver a consistent REIGN experience.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment before and after classes.
- Uphold REIGN's values, standards, and class programming.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a recognized Reformer Pilates certification.
- Has current CPR/AED certification (or is willing to obtain it).
- Preferably with teaching experience but not required
- Is confident providing hands-on corrections and individualized coaching.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Is available to teach mornings, evenings, and weekends. - Looking for weekends specifically and Monday late morning and Friday early evening
