Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking a Mobile Supervisor in London, ON.

Position Title: Mobile Supervisor

Position Location: London, ON

Pay Rate: $21.42 per hour

Status: Full-Time

Shift: Sundays to Thursdays; (12:00am - 8:00am); Night Shifts

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently hiring a Mobile Shift Lead (Mobile Supervisor) in London, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, willing to work night shifts, and a background in mobile security.

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in Canada upto 40 hours per week.
Must be able to provide a clean driver's abstract and ON Full G license.
Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
Valid ON Security Guard License.
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate is a must
Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
Experience with report writing and note-taking.
Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions :

Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property
Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities
Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols
Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies
Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken
Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively
Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution
Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation
