We're looking for a Construction Project Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving projects. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes, working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, suppliers, clients, and our accounting team to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in every stage of a project, from award through closeout, including:
- Preparing project startup documentation and client submittals, including SDS/MSDS packages, product data, LEED documentation, QA/QC plans, schedules, and samples.
- Preparing WCB Notices of Project, warranties, and project closeout documentation.
- Issuing purchase orders and coordinating material deliveries, cranes, trucking, and other project logistics.
- Tracking project progress, labour hours, daily reports, percentage complete, and crew scheduling.
- Managing RFIs, change orders, and documentation for extras, including labour, materials, and site photos.
- Maintaining project documentation, vendor records, and reviewing supplier invoices.
- Supporting Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and payroll-related inquiries.
- Monitoring in-house inventory and metal shop material consumption.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Construction Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in commercial construction or roofing is considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ADP, Procore, CompanyCam, or similar construction software is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is preferred.
