Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where hospitality and guest satisfaction are our top priorities.

As a non-alcoholic beverage establishment, the Bartender will specialize in preparing and serving a variety of mocktails, specialty beverages, coffees, teas, and other non-alcoholic drinks. Experience in the food industry, familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS, and excellent time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve specialty non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, coffees, teas, and other house-made drinks, accurately and efficiently.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations.
Demonstrate knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and ingredients.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Comply with all food safety regulations and restaurant policies related to food handling and service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or food service environment is preferred.
Experience preparing specialty non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, coffees, or similar drinks is an asset.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring drink recipes.
Experience in hospitality or the food industry is highly desirable.
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
