The Work You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality parts while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills (Mazak and Haas)
Review drawings and job requirements to determine efficient machining approaches
Work with the foreman or manager to prioritize and plan jobs
Perform in-process and final quality inspections
Operate supporting equipment such as grinders, saws, deburring tools, heat-treating oven, cranes, forklift, and pallet jack
Handle materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety policies and procedures

Equipment & Technology

CNC Machines: Mazak & Haas (mills and lathes)
Controls: Mazatrol experience considered an asset
CAD/CAM: SolidWorks & Mastercam

What We’re Looking For

experienced CNC Operator
Experience operating CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
Milling experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail
Comfortable in a job-shop environment with changing priorities
