If so, Orange Frog Productions Inc. is looking for someone like you to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Electronics Repair Technician.

At Orange Frog Productions Inc., we create high-impact live event experiences through lighting and technical production. From concerts and corporate events to festivals and galas, our success depends on having reliable equipment and a dedicated team that takes pride in their work.

We are looking for a mechanically inclined, technically minded individual who enjoys both hands-on repairs and warehouse operations. This role offers the best of both worlds: helping maintain our growing inventory of production equipment while supporting the day-to-day logistics that keep our shows moving.

The Position

You will split your time between equipment repair and warehouse operations, ensuring our production gear remains show-ready while helping prepare and manage equipment for events.

Specifically, as a Warehouse Associate / Electronics Repair Technician, you will:

Electronics Repair & Maintenance

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair intelligent lighting fixtures and related production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on moving lights, LED fixtures, dimming systems, power distribution equipment, and control systems.
Identify and replace defective components, wiring, connectors, motors, fans, power supplies, and electronic assemblies.
Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation.
Perform testing and quality control checks to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
Assist in developing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
Help maintain repair inventory, spare parts, and technical documentation.

Warehouse Operations

Pull, prepare, and organize equipment orders for upcoming productions.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Assist with inventory control, equipment tracking, and warehouse organization.
Drive 5-ton trucks and company vehicles for deliveries and pickups as required.
Test, clean, and prepare equipment for deployment.
Process equipment returns and conduct quality inspections.
Assist with shop prep, logistics planning, and truck packing.
Support production crews with equipment handling and warehouse operations.

Additional Requirements

Experience repairing electronics, lighting equipment, electrical systems, or similar technical equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage electronics, soldering, and electronic diagnostics is considered an asset.
Experience with intelligent lighting fixtures, entertainment technology, or live event equipment is highly desirable.
Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
Experience driving 5-ton trucks is required.
Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset.
Ability to lift and move production equipment safely.
Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends during peak production periods.
Technical education in electronics, electrical technology, mechatronics, or a related field is considered an asset.
