A leading manufacturing company in Burlington has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time CNC Supervisor / Lead Machinist. Offering a competitive wage of $35.00 to $40.00 hourly plus premium overtime, this position lets you lead a tight-knit machine shop floor. You will direct workflow, program machinery, and enjoy premium healthcare benefits while driving technical excellence in Burlington.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, and manual engine lathes.
Input manual code using Fanuc controls and develop programs utilizing Mastercam software.
Coordinate daily manufacturing schedules, shop floor workflow priorities, and staff assignments in Burlington.
Mentor, train, and guide a team of 10 machinists and machine operators.

Qualifications

Five or more years of professional manufacturing industry experience as a senior machinist or lead hand.
Proven expertise operating a 5-axis lathe, 2D lathe, and 3-axis lathe.
High proficiency in manual G-code programming alongside modern CAM software applications like Mastercam.
Possession of a college diploma in machining or a 429A Certificate of Qualification.
