About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Director who thrives wearing multiple hats.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage agencies or oversee projects from a distance. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing. You'll own everything from paid advertising and SEO to website management, branding, analytics, AI initiatives, and creative direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, trying new technology, and seeing measurable business results.
What You'll DoPerformance Marketing
- Own our paid lead generation strategy and branding strategy across Google Ads and Meta
- Build, optimize, and scale high-performing search campaigns in competitive markets
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, CPL, and ROAS
- Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, or other paid social platforms is considered an asset
Website & SEO
- Manage and improve our websites across platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
- Build landing pages and campaign pages
- Develop and execute our SEO strategy, including technical SEO, local SEO, and content optimization
- Improve conversion rates through ongoing website optimization
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Build dashboards using Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
Brand & Creative
- Help shape and maintain both company brands
- Direct creative projects with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and external partners
- Oversee creative across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent, professional brand
Organic Social Media
- Develop and execute an organic social media strategy
- Create content calendars and coordinate content production
- Grow audience engagement and brand awareness
Traditional Marketing
Coordinate and oversee initiatives including:
- Vehicle wraps
- Yard signs
- Construction site signage
- Billboards
- Trade shows
- Direct mail
- Sales collateral
- Promotional merchandise
- Radio and print advertising
AI & Marketing Operations
Help lead the company's AI strategy by identifying tools that improve marketing performance and business operations.
This includes exploring technologies such as:
- AI-powered content creation
- Marketing automation
- Workflow automation
- CRM improvements
- AI-assisted website development
- Rapid application development platforms such as Lovable
- Process automation across multiple departments
Project Management
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers, and vendors
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms is preferred

Qualifications
We're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box, but ideally you'll have:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads lead generation campaigns
- Strong Meta advertising experience
- A solid understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing analytics tools
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio is an asset
- Strong creative direction and branding experience
- Experience managing marketing vendors and agencies
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, home services, or B2B marketing is considered an asset

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
