As an Evening Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the company's commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent service. Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Range: $30
Shift: Evening, 14:30 to 23:30
What's the Job?
- Oversee daily security operations during evening hours to ensure safety and compliance
- Lead and supervise security personnel, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient shift coverage and response
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a security or related environment
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dartmouth, NS before starting work
- Knowledge of safety equipment including head protection and steel-toed footwear
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
