Summer – Landscape Construction
As part of our landscape construction crews, you'll help build high-quality residential outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing trees, shrubs, and planting beds.
- Site preparation, grading, and sod installation.
- Assisting with landscape construction projects.
- General labour and material handling.
- Operating hand and power tools safely.
- Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, and stonework) is a strong asset
Winter – Commercial Snow & Ice Management
Commercial Snow Equipment Operators
We are looking for experienced operators to run:
Requirements:
- Previous experience plowing commercial parking lots.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Experience stacking snow, back dragging, and working safely around parked vehicles, curbs, and pedestrian traffic.
- Available 24/7 during the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
Commercial Sidewalk Crew Members
Responsibilities include:
- Clearing commercial sidewalks, walkways, and entrances.
- Operating backpack blowers, power sweepers, snow blowers, and shovels.
- Applying ice melt when required.
- Working safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Responding to snow events on a 24/7 on-call basis throughout the winter season.
Qualifications
We're looking for people who are:
- Dependable and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Safety conscious and professional.
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence (or higher).
- Have reliable transportation to our assigned work site.
Landscape construction and commercial snow removal experience are preferred. Training may be provided to motivated candidates for some positions; however, commercial equipment operator applicants must have previous experience operating skid steers or wheel loaders in snow removal operations.

Casual Winter Snow Removal Positions Also Available
We are also hiring casual on-call winter staff to assist our pedestrian crews during major snowfall events.
These positions involve:
- Sidewalk and entrance clearing.
- Operating backpack blowers, sweepers, and shovels.
- Flexible hours during snow events, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
