Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Automotive Programs to join their team. As a Project Coordinator – Automotive Programs, you will be part of the Cross Carline & Project Engineering Department supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Coordinator – Automotive Programs
Location: Windsor, ON
Pay Range: $79k - $89k
Shift: Days (In-person)
What's the Job?
- Coordinate the general and detailed scheduling of automotive projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor the status of parts from sourcing through to technical knockout (TKO) to maintain project flow.
- Create and manage bulletins and responses to ensure effective communication across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks and product action requests.
- Manage vehicle build plans and delivery schedules to support vehicle validation and launch activities.
What's Needed?
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage complex project timelines.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to escalate issues promptly and drive resolution effectively.
- Experience supporting project planning and scheduling in an automotive environment is preferred.
- Availability to work on-site at the Windsor Assembly Plant up to five days a week as required.
