CJC & Co. LLP is unique in the services we provide when it relates to your family first legal concerns. We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Receptionist commencing immediately. The successful candidate will take on a full range of administrative tasks while representing the firm as our first contact position. The position will commence from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday to Friday.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Acting as the first contact for our employees, clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive manner and answering basic inquiries;

- Executing all front desk reception duties which include handling all phone traffic and managing internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner;

- Performing general administrative duties such as collection and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and courier items;

- Completing twice weekly court runs and daily bank deposits;

- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure while providing general support within the office.

- Miscellaneous administration tasks

Qualifications:

- One to three years of work experience in a professional services work environment in a similar role; however everyone will be considered;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships;

- Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task;

- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner;

- Bondable;

- Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement;

- Valid driver’s license and own your own vehicle.

- Conduct and attire to be professional at all times.

We have a fair compensation package, and also offer a partial payment of a benefits package and paid mileage for office tasks.
