About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with. Every day brings something different—from answering billing questions and coordinating service appointments to helping customers resolve concerns and providing basic technical support.
This is not simply a call centre role. It's an opportunity to build relationships with customers, solve problems, support your teammates and make a real difference to the customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
- Assist customers with billing, account, service and general inquiries.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for internet, television and phone services using established processes and resources.
- Process new customer accounts, service changes, upgrades, cancellations and related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with field technicians and internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes within our CRM systems.
- Support the Sales team with customer orders and service activations.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Minimum three years of customer service experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, internet service providers or a contact centre environment.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and working with multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm, professional and positive when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
